If you are following us over on Instagram you will know that we have been clinking glasses brimming with bubbles this week gals, you see we are pretty darn thrilled and super excited to be sharing some rather fabulous news with you all. Frances Day Bridal has been nominated for not one but three awards at the Drapers Independent Awards.
Sounds rather fancy schmancy right… indeed, for those of you who are not in the know about what these awards are about (and if you don’t work in the fashion industry, why would you) let us fill you in on why this is such an EPIC piece of news for us here at Frances Day.
With their finger placed firmly on the pulse of both the latest and more established names in fashion, these awards seek out the cream of the crop and highlight and celebrate the best of independent fashion retailing (we did tell you this bit of news was extra special!!). It is truly an honour to receive any kind of recognition at all but we are quite frankly over the moon that we have been acknowledged in three categories.
When Frances Day Bridal was but a wee twinkle in our proverbial eye, we dreamed of inviting newly engaged darlings like you over the Frances Day threshold and giving you an unrivalled bridal dress experience you would fondly natter about and reminisce over for years to come… Since opening our doors to you, we have set about tracking down the most fabulous of frocks for you to frolic in, the dreamiest of accessories for you to lust over and curated the most inspiring displays (with the help of many wedding supplier friends) in the stylish surroundings of our boutique for you to swoon over.
Not only a beautiful, sensory experience, we always want all of our gals to know they are in the safest of hands, we play confidante, stylist and match makers and it genuinely is such a privilege and absolute pleasure to get to know each and every one of you.
We want to say a HUGE heartfelt thanks to those of you who have entrusted us and become a Frances Day Bride, without you there would be no boutique. Have the most amazing of weekends and should the urge take you, indulge in a celebratory tipple and celebrate with us!!
